- No Financial Advice: Ninja Trader AI is an automated tool, not investment advice. Trading Forex involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
- Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once the license is activated, unless the software is proven to be defective and unusable.
- Account Restrictions: Any misuse or unauthorized distribution of the software will result in immediate license termination.
- Product Updates: We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features to improve functionality and compatibility.
